The Present 42 Sundeck Trawler became a popular layout because she is easy to live on or entertain on, with an enormous bridge and aft deck. Acommodations
The forward stateroom has wide upper and lower berths to port and to starboard is a vanity and ensuite head. Opposite the head is a set of lockers. On the same level aft is the dinette with storage below the seats. Opposite the dinette is the U-shaped galley.
Three steps up you find the main salon, with plenty of light and visibility. The lower helm is to starboard, with access to the deck. There is a sofa and chair in the salon and a cabinet for the television. Aft and a few steps down is the large aft stateroom. There are lots of drawers and lockers and a large hanging locker to port. The berth is a centerline queen with room on both sides to get around. Forward to starboard is an ensuite head with separate stall shower.
The boat is cooled by two zones of Cruisair AC units.
