1973 Summerset Houseboats Houseboat

Sumerset built solid dual station houseboats that were great for cruising lakes river systems and bays. These boats are often converted to liveaboards because of generous space inside and out. The master stateroom aft makes it easy to entertain in the large wide open salon forward that has sliding glass door connecting to the covered forward deck. Perfect for BBQ's with family and friends. Upper deck has room for 4 sunbathing lounger chairs with still room for a dining table. Bimini top for upper helm and has ample guest seating with fiberglass seat bases. Current owners live aboard and removed the bunk beds to make room for the laundry. The shower has been enlarged and all the carpet has been replaced Core-tex laminate flooring. The galley has been modernized as well with up updated appliances and new countertops. The bottom has a cold tar epoxy done in 2015. Both of the outdrives were replaced and engines were tuned up 2/17. Annual service was done 4/18. New water tanks have been installed (not yet connected). Macerator exists but not connected because she came from inland lakes. Present owner is in the US Coast Guard and it shows. Vessel is clean and orderly and it is hard to find anything that doesn't work. Hit save in your favorites, this one is worth seeing
